Here’s a partial list of the various means of generating new revenue through a business relationship with Arganteal:

  1. Skype for Business Licensing –
    1. Servers required (depending on configuration) Windows Server, SQL and Skype for Business
    2. End user –
      1. If on premise license, traditional CAL structure (depending on configuration)
      2. If on Office 365, users will require an E4 license
  2. Services delivered which can be invoiced by the Consultant to its Customer:
    1. Paid discovery assessment with customer (Arganteal will supply your Consultant with a proforma for the collection of data necessary to perform the compilation).
    2. Dial plan development based on each individual customer’s unique requirements – Service will be sold to Consultant to be billed to customer as an engagement element.
    3. Deployment verification including routing – Service will be sold to Consultant to be billed to customer as an engagement element.
    4. Disaster recovery and business continuity planning and deployment – Service will be sold to Consultant to be billed to customer as an engagement element.
    5. Day Two Services (either 8 x 5 or 24 x 7) – All plan options will be provided directly by a Gold Certified Skype for Business Partner with a % of this monthly recurring revenue stream remitted back to the Consulting organization:
      1. Support Essentials – Ticket resolution
      2. Support Plus – Skype for Business environment monitoring (includes Support Essentials)
      3. Support Pro – Voice quality of service monitoring (includes Support Plus)
  3. Markup above the cost of the license fee for use of Arganteal.
