Strategic Partnership: United States Air Force
The United States Air Force (USAF) is a longstanding Arganteal partner, using our platform to modernize infrastructure and automate critical deployments.
Initial Engagement: SBIR Phase 1
In early 2019, Arganteal won a Phase 1 SBIR grant to demonstrate the feasibility of our deployment automation approach in a government setting. Within six months, we successfully completed a USAF-defined deployment case study using Arganteal’s core technology.
Phase 2: Expansion Through Robbins Air Force Base
Later that year, Arganteal was awarded a Rapid Phase 2 contract, sponsored by Robbins Air Force Base, to apply our technology across cloud environments and deployment projects. The focus: eliminate manual scripting, accelerate deployment cycles, and ensure compliance through automation.
2020 and Beyond: DCGS and Dual-Use Development
In 2020, Arganteal began a two-year development project for the Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS). The project focused on creating dual-use capabilities — expanding our tools for both military and commercial use cases.
A key deliverable from this initiative was a full-featured deployment system for Microsoft Active Directory — applicable across both civilian networks and military-grade environments. The result: faster provisioning, better documentation, and complete repeatability across teams.
